Meet Harley Refsal. Most carvers need no introduction to this fine teacher, author, Scandnavian historian, and of course, woodcarver in the "flat -plane" style. He has had such a profound influence on woodcarving today. The Harley knife I produce I named in his honor, since most of its design is from him.
