Due to the Covid crisis, with apologies and heavy hearts, we are temporarily suspending all international orders. Once the Covid Pandemic subsides and international shipping begins to stabilize again, we will announce on our website when we are able to resume international orders.
International Shipping Policy :
We ship international orders by First Class Post, which only has tracking as far as the intended country. After that it is out of USPS’ hands and tracking is no longer available. It is then up to your country’s customs office and postal service to deliver it to you. Some countries charge customs fees for imported products, we have to control or access to this, it is the customer’s responsibility. This means that if a package is lost, we will provide any proof we can that the package arrived to the intended country, but if it can’t be found, we will not replace it. That being said – for 20 years now, we have shipped 100’s of parcels to 49 countries – and have only lost 1 package in all that time.
