International Shipping Policy :
We ship international orders by First Class Post, which only has tracking as far as the intended country. After that it is out of USPS’ hands and tracking is no longer available. It is then up to your country’s customs office and postal service to deliver it to you. Some countries charge customs fees for imported products, we have to control or access to this, it is the customer’s responsibility.
This means that if a package is lost, we will provide any proof we can that the package arrived to the intended country, but if it can’t be found, we will not replace it.
That being said – for 20 years now, we have shipped 100’s of parcels to 40+ countries – and have only lost 1 package in all that time.
