Description
The symmetrical style is designed toward stirring & serving, the asymmetrical style is especially handy for pan work such as stir frying. These are cut from air dried northern Minnesota white birch, Betula papyrifera, the thick boards come to us from our friend Aaron, an Amish sawyer in our area – we look together through his stash of logs and determine how each one chosen – will be sawn.
